How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your account email. Open the link in the email we send you — it opens BidTally and lets you set a new password.

Can I turn an estimate into an invoice?

Yes. Open the estimate and tap Convert to Invoice. Line items, client, and totals carry over.

How do I send a document to a client?

Open any estimate or invoice and tap Share. You can email it, text it, or hand off the PDF to any app on your phone.

Is my data backed up?

Your data is stored securely in the cloud, so signing in on a new device brings everything with you. See the privacy policy for details.
